• Health Screening: Every donor undergoes a mini-physical and health history review before donating.
• Testing: Every unit of donated blood is tested for infectious diseases, including HIV, hepatitis B and C, syphilis, and more.
• Confidentiality: All donor information and test results are kept strictly confidential.
• Post-Donation Care: Donors are provided with refreshments and monitored for any adverse reactions before leaving.
